About LAA
The Logistics Association of Australia (LAA) is Australia's leading Association focused on logistics & supply chain management in the e-world of the 21st century. As a truly profession Association, the mission of the LAA is to provide a voice for every logistics professional, practitioner and student throughout Australia. Its vision is to serve the logistics and supply chain profession by facilitating the exchange of knowledge and experience.
Representing the logistics profession both in Australia and internationally, the LAA acts as the conduit between logistics professionals and industry, government, education bodies and other relevant forums
In maintaining this role, the Association meets its objective of keeping members well informed and conversant with the latest trends, techniques and technology as they affect the logistics industry worldwide. On a national basis, the LAA supports its members through monthly newsletters and communications, site visits and seminars. In addition it plays a prominent in supporting organizations in the provision of logistics and related exhibitions, workshops and conferences.
Most importantly, the Association is an open, non-profit organization that offers individual membership to all involved in logistics, and is operated by a committee of elected member logistics professionals
