Message from Secretariat General
As a Secretariat General and on behalf of APLF, I extend my warmest greetings to all those visiting this homepage operated by the Executive Office of APLF.
We passed the industrial age of the 20th century and have arrived in the era where logistics and e-logistics will be essential to global competitiveness. While it was the material goods that enable us to accumulate wealth in the past, it is now logistics which can bring us the wealths as well as the competitiveness to survive in this fast changing world. How we build the infrastructure for logistics and operates will determine the coordinates of each country's future.
APLF, which was assigned to play the pivotal role in establishing the multi-national logistics and e-logistics knowledge related information, has been founded through 5 member countries of Asian Pacific region and will lead the logistics based society of 21st century. APLF will play a leading role in building the Asian Pacific infrastructure for logistics and logistics information by linking the high-performance network with its member organizations. Also, it will become the uppermost important organization upon which the next e-logistics environment will grow. In response to the rapidly changing demands for logistics and logistics information, this Federation will enforce useful information network information for this region-wide trend of logistics with close relationships and work to provide the most efficient information. Thus, we will be placed in the center for the construction of the innovative logistics system among countries in these regions as well as our member countries.
APLF will prepare the future with a firm basis for the advanced knowledge on logistics and e-logistics. Please join us! We will do our best to become the most reliable and advanced logistics body.
We appreciate your support, cooperation and advice so that this Federation may fulfill all of its missions, and continue to contribute to advancing the Asian Pacific logistics system with all of our member organizations.
